okay central stay

great location friendly staff damaged socket no alternative

the location is great i found the staff were friendly. i had a private room that was large it had everything i needed

electric charging sockets were damaged they were not working. i informed the receptionist but they didn't offer any alternative

cockroach problem uncomfortable bed

i was annoyed that the room's window didn't close properly. during the second night, two flying cockroaches got in, it was difficult to kill them. the air conditioning unit sat right above one of the single beds. it was uncomfortable for someone who doesn't like sleeping with the ac turned on.

The location was acceptable, within walking distance of most attractions.

My room's window did not close properly. Two cockroaches got in during the night. The bed was not very comfortable.

i found the staff to be very kind. they changed towels frequently. breakfast was free (a nice touch!), and everything looked quite clean. a private bathroom was available in every room. i found lockers on every floor.

it was slightly tricky to find, even with help from locals, but this was a minor issue.

Excellent Location and Comfortable Stay

coffee facilities quiet night included breakfast

I stayed in a twin room with an en suite. It was indeed good. The inclusion of tea and coffee making facilities in the room was appreciated! The street-facing room I occupied had floor-to-ceiling window doors. It was quiet at night. Breakfast was a bonus and added value.

The shower jet was notably poor. I did have the other option to use other washrooms. I informed the receptionist. They did not offer any alternative though.

The staff was friendly and well-informed. They provided useful guidance about the city. The personnel were also able to organize a 6 am taxi to the airport for my departure.
